This accommodation is a hostel which provides a very good service. I would say that it is specializing in rather young travelers, who need a reasonably priced accommodation while having a basic standard for living, good access to the city sights, an opportunity to cook for yourself in the community area and to meet other travelers, while having also your own room as a retreat. The staff is internationally minded, fluent/native in English and helpful based on an extraordinarily good, welcoming, a bit American-style (in the positive meaning of the term) service attitude. A plus is that the hostel works and is equipped, according to basic Japanese custom, which provides the guests an idea of true Japanese lifestyle (e.g., you have to take off your shoes before entering the hostel, which is a custom in all private Japanese houses as well as in many Japanese restaurants). This authentic Japanese experience gets extended by the environment of the hostel. The hostel is not very centrally located (but with shops, nice restaraurants and convenience shops around the hostel) but well enough that guests are able to reach all sights within a reasonable period of time, considering the size of Tokyo. However, Tokyo's Skytree tower is relatively close. Relatively close are also subway lines (e.g., Ginza line) and bus lines that make it also well manageable to reach the airports. Considering the price level in Tokyo the price/performance ratio of the hostel is very good.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! So easy to extend my stay, seek assistance with any questions. Extremely clean facilities too, throughout the day I heard them going absolutely HAM while cleaning a shower that only I had used that day (I was the only one in the dorm for my entire stay). It really shows how serious they take the cleanliness. Very secure place too, every time you want to come in and out of the property, you need your code, makes sure no randoms can come into the lobby and whatnot. The location is a little far from the main station BUT it’s a nice walk there. Very close to cool markets, temples and a 24h Donki

This was a great backpacker hostel on the whole. Very friendly staff, and decent communal facilities on the ground floor. The location was great - Asakusa is an older more traditional area of Japan (than Ginza, Shinjuku etc) and we had proper Japanese shops and bars on the doorstep open all hours, only a short walk to the lovely Senso-ji shrine, and a great view of Tokyo Sky Tree. And there was working air-con & wifi :)

Lovely small hostel with shared kitchen and lounging area. It was a really nice social space and the staff and other guests were all very friendly. The properties location was incredible and truly the best place to be in Tokyo, it was near a few walking only areas which made it super chill and lovely to wander through.

Amazing staff, value for money. Everything was comfortable. The place is a walking distance to all the must-see areas in Asakusa. I love the common kitchen area! You can cook, heat up food, wash your dishes, etc. They also have a space for lounging and playing the guitar/some boardgames
